We ship from Shenzhen, China. Some products are shipped from US warehouses.

YES. We will ship to any country in the world.

We pack the majority of orders within 1-2 working days. The time it takes depends on your order quantity. We will do our very best to process all orders as quickly as possible.

If you need something quicker we do offer expedited options. Costs vary depending on your order, location, and shipping option chosen. The exact cost for expedited shipping is given to us by the logistics company and passed on to you without any price mark ups.

All cancellations must be sent within 48 business hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order has not yet been passed to our warehouse, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund. If, however, your order has been passed to our warehouse, or is ready to ship, we will not be able to cancel.
